Welcome to Fall/Winter 2023!
The cooler temps bring our most creative season for our framers and interior projects!
These months are also tourist and shopping season here in gorgeous Gordonsville, and our new bonus side has been hopping on weekends.
As usual, we recommend that you get in here early for that holiday framing & to get your home ready for gifts, nesting, parties & hosting family - lead times are around 3 weeks, shipping is still not the speediest in many cases, and it's simply best to plan in some wiggle space! Last day to frame for the holidays is Thursday, December 7th.
In light of how much traffic we welcome at the gallery this time of the year, I just also wanted to send out a reminder to please call ahead to schedule a quiet solo time for frame design with me.
This helps us to balance the work load as well as to ensure spending the most amount of uninterrupted time with you!
There is nothing more distracting than having someone pace impatiently behind you while you are 100% focused and in full creative mode.
I appreciate your patience and consideration! I have been designing by appointment for 4 years now, and to me it is still the best solution for you to make sure that your projects turn out just the way you LOVE them!
That being said, I am THRILLED to welcome HELEN to Cavallo. Helen is in charge of our new Bonus Gallery Side on Fridays and Saturdays.
Helen is an Orange native, lives in gorgeous Somerset, and is also an interpreter at Montpelier, as well as active at the ART CENTER in Orange. I don't know what I ever did before she joined me here!
Helen and I look forward to seeing you in our new expanded space - The bonus side is still a work in progress, and we look forward to having new shows throughout 2024. This year's shows were extremely successful, and I appreciate your support of my artist friends!

This is our 14th year as an independent custom frame shop, and in case you did not know this: there are very few left in the entire U.S., so all the more reasons to appreciate your incredible support of those businesses who still continue to dedicate their energy to custom creating one-of-a-kind hand-crafted goods for their clients!!
