I am thrilled to be able to share these amazing therapeutic grade sustainably sourced and eco conscious oils with you! They are a staple in our home and at the gallery and cover anything from immune boosts, emotional well being, digestive support & more!
There is not a day that goes by when I don't take advantage of these beautiful oils:
diffused and (some) taken internally (please seek advice first).
Lemon and grapefruit are my friends for liver support and fat assimilation (in water).
Citrus Bliss and Arise help me wake up in the morning (body oil).
Serenity and Peace help me calm down at night after a long day (diffuse or rub on bottoms of feet).
Adaptiv is new and great for stress.
Palmarosa (new) is amazing in your skincare routine.
Peppermint - the BEST for an upset stomach!
